2015 – Introduced the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (customer relationship management) that drives eMarketing effectiveness through business intelligence and campaign management
The introduction of novel oral anticoagulants (OACs), recognized for their effectiveness in national and international guidelines, brought a major advance in the management and prevention of thromboembolic diseases. Nevertheless, the rapidly changing clinical landscape raises crucial clinical questions to Healthcare Professionals, such as: Which patients will benefit most? How do I initiate treatment? Can I use novel OACs in patients with renal dysfunction? What about frail patients? What do I do if my patient bleeds?
The fundamental purpose of the Thrombosis Management workshop was to provide a forum at which Healthcare Professionals can learn, share, investigate, and navigate the rapidly changing clinical landscape of thromboembolic disease. The educational workshop was designed with one purpose in mind: better care for patients with thromboembolic disease. The information was delivered through presentations from field leaders and through their engagement the concerns and questions of individual practitioners have been addressed.
The workshop was completed achieving high participation, with many questions and queries about handling individual cases of patients. It gave the opportunity to participants to gain a thorough and balanced understanding in the practical and responsible use of novel OACs by providing local Healthcare Professionals with tailored, practical information on optimal anticoagulation strategies. The audience benefited by both the practical approach as well as the opportunity to discuss problems and concerns with other colleagues.
